Welcome to Bell Garden Courtyard, an event space designed to host memorable gatherings, celebrations, and community events. By booking, attending, or using our venue and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
"Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Bell Garden Courtyard.
"Client," "you," or "your" refers to the business or individual engaging our services.
"Event" means any gathering, function, or booking held at Bell Garden Courtyard.
2. Services provided
Bell Garden Courtyard provides event space rental and related services, which may include venue setup, coordination support, and access to preferred vendors.
All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
3. Use of Venue
Clients agree to use the venue responsibly and in accordance with all local laws, noise regulations, and venue policies.
You must not:
Damage property or facilities
Exceed agreed guest capacities
Engage in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior on-site.
The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests, vendors, and service providers associated with their event.
4. Booking, Fees, and Payment
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
All payments are non-refundable unless negotiated possibility before booking.
Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to the event date and is outlined in your booking agreement.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or emergency closures), Bell Garden Courtyard reserves the right to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Client details and event information are not shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver contracted services or comply with legal requirements.
7. Liability
Bell Garden Courtyard is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, decorations, or equipment brought to the venue.
The client is liable for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or grounds during their event.
We recommend clients obtain event insurance for additional protection.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
